KLG and Hoda join 'horsemanning' Internet craze

Kathie Lee and Hoda are joining the newest Internet craze: horsemanning.

It's a term our friends at BuzzFeed coined (they spell it "horsemaning," but it goes by both) where people take a photo that's reminiscent of the fictional character "The Headless Horseman" from "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow."

"'Horsmaning,' or fake beheading, was a popular way of taking pictures in the 1920s," BuzzFeed writes. "It's currently experiencing a revival and is basically the new planking." (Here's an explanation of the Internet meme planking.)

Find some more horsemanning images on BuzzFeed here. And let us know in the comments what you think of Kathie Lee and Hoda's attempt at joining in!

TODAY's Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb talk about horsemanning photos, where two people pose for a picture as though their head is disconnected from their body, and they take their own goofy horse manning shot.
