What's happening in your neck of the woods? On the TODAY plaza, it was Scarlett Johansson filling in for Al Roker, whose weather-reading abilities were felled by laryngitis Tuesday.
It was a "lifelong dream," the actress said, to point at the map and talk about the snow developing in the Northeast and give Roker's famous catch-phrase. Watch her big debut above.
